La Calabria è una delle poche regioni italiane dove il paesaggio cambia nel tempo di una curva. Lo ha dimostrato, in queste settimane, anche il viaggio calabrese del Jova Tour, che ha portato la Calabria dentro il viaggio e il viaggio dentro il racconto, restituendone immagini quotidiane e inattese.
Da qui “Storie in Movimento “, un format che racconta la Calabria seguendo il ritmo del territorio e delle esperienze che lo rendono unico. Ogni puntata parte da un’esperienza nella natura, il kayak attraversa le acque della Sila, il canyoning segue il corso dei torrenti del Pollino, il trekking conduce lungo i sentieri dell’Aspromonte, la vela percorre la costa tirrenica. Poi il paesaggio cambia ancora, dall’alto con il parapendio, sull’acqua con il kitesurf, lungo i sentieri in mountain bike o a cavallo, fino alla dimensione più lenta dello yoga. Lo sport è il mezzo attraverso cui entrare nei luoghi, osservarli da vicino e comprenderne il carattere. A dare voce al viaggio è chi quel territorio lo conosce davvero, le guide calabresi. Chi sa riconoscere i segni lasciati dalle generazioni e spiegare il legame profondo tra una comunità e il paesaggio in cui vive. This dynamic spirit was on full display in the last few weeks during the Calabrian journey of the Jova Tour, which seamlessly brought the region into the journey and the journey into the stories, offering a fresh, authentic and unexpected glimpse into everyday life on the ground.
Moving Stories/Tales from the road/Stories on the move, a series designed to capture the true spirit of Calabria by following the natural rhythm of its territory and local experiences. Each episode begins with an adventure in the wildness: kayaking across the clear waters of the Sila lakes, canyoning down the Pollino torrents, trekking along the rugged trails of the Aspromonte mountain, and sailing along the Tyrrhenian coastline. But then again, the landscapes still manage to surprise us—soaring from above by paragliding, skimming the waves on a kitesurf, tackling mountain bike paths or riding on horseback, and even taking relaxing outdoor yoga sessions.
